Very reasonable in what he charges for the job. He'll always be my home improvement guy. In addition to the work above, he also done my basement and bedroom. There is no job to big for him. I would recommend Bobby and Solid Property Solutions to anyone who wants to renovate, remodel, or have any improvements done to their home. Bobby has done work to my bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, hallway, and basement. I am very pleased with the work he has done to my house. He is always prompt and on time, efficient, quickly responses to my questions and requests, and is very courteous and respectful of my home. I definitely would use him again.
